Complete the attached form and send to the Mississippi Gaming Commission:
Actual costs of gathering and reproducing requested materials will be the responsibility of the requesting agent. Advance payment is required for any information. When payment is received, copies will be mailed and ready for pick up. There will be a minimum search charge of $2.00, and fees will be charged for record searches even when the requested information cannot be found. The charge for copies is $.50 a page. Payment should be in the form of a check or money order made payable to Mississippi Gaming Commission.
