Problem Gaming/Self-Exclusion

Welcome to the Mississippi Gaming Commission’s (MGC) Self-Exclusion Program.

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and supporting a person’s decision to voluntarily exclude. We hope you find the information on our website helpful and the self-exclusion process straightforward.

The Mississippi Gaming Commission’s Self-Exclusion Program is statewide and allows you to voluntarily exclude yourself from all state-regulated casinos for a predetermined period of time, with a minimum term of three (3) years. This program is an agreement between you, the MGC, and licensed gaming operators. The MGC and licensed gaming operators agree to help prevent you from gambling during the designated term, and you agree not to gamble at any of our licensed casinos. The exclusion covers the casino property, restaurants, and events. You will also be removed from all casino marketing lists.

Sign-up is completed online and requires an email address to get started. Once you have created an account, you will answer a series of questions and upload a photo of your identification along with photos of yourself. If you do not have access to a smartphone or computer, we will provide access to one at any of our locations.

If you have any additional questions regarding the self-exclusion program you can email us at selfexclusion@mgc.ms.gov or give us a call/text at 228-297-8174 Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.
